To let Swiss government know about this letter, I had to run 17 kilometers to the nearest post office;  then a much harder way back, to the SEM's camp located at the altitude of 1,500 meters:

The SEM doesn't care how I can reach the nearest city and whether I have money for sending a letter by post. And I currently have ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY! Thus the task of writing an appeal to the court (without lawyer and translator) becomes technically impossible! Please inform the Federal Court for existence of additional materials on my case about asylum I had to publish online in this blog for FREE!


Results of my previous mini-researches on the matter appeared amazing. I have all reasons to state that according to Swiss law I meet all its demands to obtain asylum status! But according to the negative SEM's decision I have ZERO chances for success, absolutely impossible result even from purely mathematical point of view. 

The problem was the SEM from the beginning demanded from me the proof of threats to my life, which was IMPOSSIBLE to obtain. What attacker leaves such evidence to victims? Does that mean there were no threats then? So the main problem of the whole case appeared to be about trust to me personally. But I know the truth. (Who knows my own life better than me? SEM?) How can I accept falsifying of that truth by your state authorities? That will be lie!

In addition, I have been physically unable to meet its deadlines for response and paying the required 750 CHF. What 750 Franks the Judge Dantele Cattaneo speaks about when he knows I have had ZERO money last years? My reference to specific law articles forbidding that impossible for me charge were simply ignored by the Court without any explanation. Moreover, the Federal Court then made direct dependence of its fair justice from money they demand from me to pay in advance.

No money - no justice?!! 

In order to make a serious appeal absolutely without legal help, I needed to do an extensive analytical work, resulting in my mini-Researches on protection, language, and UA-EU economy, all of which can have political consequences for Swiss government, sorry.

In my case clearly subjective opinions of governmental employees at all levels substitute the Law. In particular, in my official response to Federal Court of November 12 <https://financialgenocide.blogspot.com/2019/11/to-federal-court-of-november-12.html> I referred the fact of "deification" the words of the judge I was a witness of personally. In particular, his words about my chances for the asylum "doomed for failure" were treated as the final "death sentence" for any related activity (all new lawyers to whom I showed just one page of the Federal Court decision refused even to read my case after that). And that despite that opinion was a subject of influence from the fact of intentional FALSIFYING of available information by the SEM.

All formal excuses of the Federal Court stating it is right and I am wrong are excuses only. I always tell the truth, simply because that is what I am. Call it exceptionality if you want. I told Swiss authorities my case was exceptional from the beginning. The reason why I am writing this letter to You is they did not believe me then. Why? What reasons I gave them for that?

Is the feature of always telling the truth so exceptionally rare in Swiss society that it's considered absolutely impossible? What is a real value of Swiss politics then?

Why should I? 

How I need explain to my readers around the world why the court of such respected in the international arena country as Switzerland ruled I was a liar? All my blogs I ever wrote in my life will appear having no sense then. All my life devoted to following God's commandments of fairness and proving the justice exists will appear pointless, in principle! Are You interested in supporting that particular principle?

If "Yes", simply do not reply to my letter. But be ready to face consequences of such confession. Even in the courtroom, silence means consent! The silent approval at the highest level in my particular case can and will be understood as your official taking responsibility for final execution of the Financial Genocide your colleagues, who consider themselves Gods, have sentenced me to the DEATH!

If "No", please find a way for helping me be integrated in Swiss society successfully.

From my part, I don't know what else words should be used to say to Swiss government: "Asylum seekers are trapped along a path of despair: Fleeing horrific circumstances at home, undertaking a perilous and often deadly journey, and then ultimately being met with resistance and exclusion in the resettlement process" ("When lives are put on hold: Lengthy asylum processes" - https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4972466/ )

At the one hand, I am desperately trying to URGENTLY WARN Swiss authorities about fatal consequences for Swiss banking industry of my conflict with the British Barclays bank, which has actually CANCELLED DEBTS TO BANKS WORLDWIDE:

At the other hand, the amount of evident abusing of the law in my case "marks the power of the state to determine who is entitled to its protection" (Efionayi-Mäder 2003, 5 - "Asylpolitik der Schweiz 1950–2000. Asyl. Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Asylrecht und -praxis/Revue suisse pour la pratique et le droit d’asile). "Accordingly, it highlights who is the holder of rights: it is the right of the state to grant asylum and not the right of the applicant to receive it", no matter what specific law I am desperately trying to refer .

I suspect, however, the main reason behind SEM's negative decision on my asylum
was strongly influenced by existence of SEM's financial manipulations of
FRAUDULENT nature I outlined in my emails to it early.

Up to now I had no intention to return to a political activity. If, however, your staff forces me to become a politician, be it so.

One of the most famous politician tells to the whole country, literally:
"Everyone likes honest politicians. But where to get them?!!"

Well, indeed, it appeared the whole Ukraine had no candidate for Prime Minister who didn't convicted for sentence for his crimes [then President of Ukraine spent several years in prison before starting his political career]!!!
Imagine I try to explain that to an American. And what would be if he ask me "Hey, what about you?!!" And I will need to "confess":

- Were you convicted of a felony?
- No.
- Ever steal?
- No.
- What about taking or giving bribes?
- No, never!
- Alcohol? Drugs? Nicotine?
- No! No! No!
- You are sick then, aren't you? Or what?
- I am perfectly healthy. And can jog up to 15 km right away.
- So why you are not [a President] then ...?
- I'm not a POLITICIAN!"
- A-a-a. Now I see why ...:

Among other things, it states for my HONESTY, doubted by the SEM due to lack of 100% proof for threats to my life.

Translation:

"Or maybe I'm not practical?
It's impractical to be honest!
It is impractical not to take bribes when it's given to you.
It's impractical not to steal when everyone around is stealing."

And I would add, it's impractical not to break the law when everyone around abuses it?

Twenty years ago I had a fantastically rare opportunity to stay in America after living there during almost two years. Especially with my diploma from the American University in Washington, D.C. signed by the President of the USA:

But I wanted to do it through 100% legitimate way only. The price for my life principle of not breaking the law and not telling the lie was abandoning all my plans for American career at the famous Arlington Cemetery, to say it metaphorically. This is how I returned back to Ukraine, and ultimately appeared in Switzerland now, desperately asking for protection from the otherwise impossible for me "Politico-Financial Genocide"!

In my previous Open Letter To Swiss President shortly mentioning my Mini-Billion blog of "Normal Miracle" of not lying, I asked:

"Is saying truth normal for YOU, Mr President?!!

My friends call me a Magician. Because I do impossible things all my life! Unbelievable surviving ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT MONEY on the streets of Europe during infinitely long 14 months, NEVER BREAKING THE LAW DURING ALL MY LIFE, and my principle of always saying the truth is just several of those "miracles" that can sound exceptional and impossible for most people. But for me it's just the way of my life! And after several impossible rejections of my asylum appeal by your SEM and the Federal Court, 

I am asking YOU, 

and all related people, to 

help me in creating the miracle of 

successful integration into Switzerland!
