Please help me to URGENTLY resolve my ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL case of Life and Death, which may have serious political, socio-ethical, and financial consequences for majority of Swiss people, including YOU PERSONALLY!
Sorry
in advance if my words appear too harsh for you, but I deserved the
right to speak with you like that by creating a miracle of surviving
from the inevitable death of existing without money during last
years, bankers of the Swiss-licenced Barclays Bank sentenced me to as
if they were Gods. Today employees of your SEM and Federal Court
wants to be another Gods, whom your state allows to take any decision
they want to, and even YOU may not interfere in the process, art
least formally.
Two
years ago I had to leave my home country due to threats to my life
because of publishing my political videos. Last month the the SEM
rejected my appeal for Swiss asylum, demanding a fully documented
proof for those threats. Despite I currently have ZERO money, the
Federal Court demands from me to pay 750
CHF by
this Monday. Otherwise, the SEM is ready to deport me immediately,
thus continuing my Financial
Genocide
started
by Swiss branches of the Barclays bank:
Add
to it the SUPER URGENT need to pay $300 for saving my property the
SEM was practically destroyed by is abusing the Asylum Act (see
details in my previous emails to the SEM), and that event alone can
drive mad anyone!
The problem for YOU is, a similar COMPLETE LACK OF MONEY, caused by the Barclays' de-facto CANCELLING BANKING USURY, can FATALLY HIT Swiss people in the nearest future! And that is the key part of my life story both SEM and Federal Court consider "not-relevant" for their formal decision.
In
addition, there is another point in my favor I never mentioned
during SEM's interviews:
All
my life evidences about my really
EXCEPTIONAL
PRINCIPLE OF
SAYING
TRUTH ONLY!
If
that sounds strange and weird
for
the SEM's and Court's staff,
or
they adhere different principles,
THAT
IS THEIR OWN PROBLEM,
NOT
MINE!
Telling
truth is always easy and pleasant! During all my Internet projects I
was proving that principle. And ultimately, had to leave my home
country precisely because of that.
If
I was distorting the truth, I would easily mimicked into Ukrainian
"safe" society. But despite the SEM has all documented
evidence I did just the opposite actions, it failed to draw a right
conclusion from that fact. But I would ask you to forgive my
Interviewer for that: It seems that was simply beyond his level!
That's why I apply to YOU today. My exceptionally complicated case
has solution only at the highest level!
The
SEM did not take into account other really exceptional facts of my
biography:
1.
Being
in the USA, I gave my WORD to American Government I will return back
to Ukraine. And I kept my promise to the end, despite all immigration
problems in the US were at that time incomparably easier than the
Swiss ones are today. I could simply "lost" in that huge
country, in which nobody was controlled in the way Switzerland police
do nowadays.
I
am sorry the SEM's and Court's staff do not understand this now.
I
always tell the truth.
And
my University diploma in Washington, D.C. was signed by the
President
Of The United States!!!
So,
I simply could not break my word!
That
was absolutely impossible for me!
2.
Ten
years ago I launched several original Internet projects based on the
idea of earning million absolutely fair, - WITHOUT ANY LIE!
Translation:
"I can not even approximately say how much is the brand "Live FAIR!".
Do you think I'm bluffing here?
Do you think I'm bluffing here?
I'm ready to sign a contract, where clearly will be stated:
"I, Sergiy Beloy, have never in my life
"I, Sergiy Beloy, have never in my life
practiced stealing, bribing (neither taking nor giving), etc."
The post above was titled "Normal Miracle".
Is saying truth normal for YOU, Mr President?!!
Or that is a rare, next to impossible Miracle,
in which neither you, nor your SEM with Federal Court
do not believe?
If the SEM or Court suspect such things could be done in advance, - twelve years ago, - just for defrauding their staff and obtaining their asylum status by deception now, they are mistakenly wrong.
That was how I was living. That has been my LIFE. That is what I am!
3.
My conflict with the British Barclays Bank was caused by my refusal
to break the Law. The fact is my EXCEPTIONAL resistance against that
easy step that simply required from me to tell the lie, which LASTED
ALMOST 20(!) YEARS, is the STRONG EVIDENCE I AM A PERSON
WHOSE LIFE VALUES ARE EXCEPTIONALLY HIGH!
If
I broke the law at any moment during those twenty years, I would
obtain access to my Barclays' savings accounts then almost
immediately. The very first in my life financial debt of 2017 would
never be created. And definitely, I would never appear absolutely
without money in Switzerland then, asking for its asylum status at
the REAL edge between life and death.
And
... I would never applying to the Swiss authorities for the things I am
asking NOW!
The problem with Swiss Court's decision is that
it officially states I am a liar!!!
I will never agree to that!
And I don't care what formal reasons
the Judge uses for supporting that lie.
I simply don't care!
And YOU, Mr President?!!
Will you agree to accept
you are a liar
if you know for sure
you are not?
Is your staff
under your silent approval
proposing me to live a lie?
Meanwhile, appeared without any lawyer and translator's support, I had to appeal to the Federal Court against SEM's decision on my own.
The free lawyers to whom I applied refused to help me. They did that after reading that official SEM's letter only. Studying my arguments was beyond of what free lawyers could do for free. And the Judge of Federal Court Dantele Cattaneo seems adhere a similar approach. As a real professional |(that is, the person who always requests a payment for his job, and the more efforts the later required, the higher price must be), he refused to analyze my case before I pay 750 CHF. He knew it was ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE for me to pay! That's exactly why he demanded from me that sum in advance, with DEADLINE of implementing that impossible thing at November 11:

in my previous letters to the SEM.
If,
however, Swiss government does not require really fair and decent
people, that's another story (or rather, a huge political scandal).
Meanwhile, Swiss authorities set for me the deadline
to
KILL ME IN 3 DAYS!

P.S.
The
SEM has transferred me to the camp located located in the mountains
at the altitude of 1500 meters, 17 km away from a nearest town. Its
staff refuses to provide me even minimal cash for transport ticket.
So, last week I simply had to walk 17 kilometers under heavy rain, to
the post office for sending required reply to the Federal Court.
Exceptionally
high contrast with the practically *INFINITE* Debt the leading British banks own me since 2018!
