Mini-Research on Ukrainian "Protection"

Re. Last Warning To SEM

Just one year ago, "On November 18 2018, after the violent ultra-right crackdown on the transgender March, representatives of the LGBT community of Ukraine made an amazing discovery. It turns out that the country has a real brutal dictatorship of right-wing radicals. Although in fact that dictatorship was born 5 years ago on EuroMaidan" - (https://ukraina.ru/exclusive/20181121/1021807538.html).See details at https://www.bbc.com/ukrainian/news-46253955.
Quoting the original source,
"Today's events have shown that the level of right-wing aggression and violence is increasing in Ukraine. The police, under pressure from radical groups, said they were unable to provide security. Thus, the police are not able to ensure the implementation of human rights and freedoms at all. We regard this situation as a radical right-wing dictatorship that is being established in Ukraine":
On November 4 2019 I found Swiss authorities have yet to make that "discovery". Its governmental SEM agency officially informed me that according to official world perception of Switzerland, I am perfectly "able to obtain appropriate protection" in Ukraine. Moreover, any opposite opinion about that "in principle, should be excluded":

All my attempts of discussing a real political situation in Ukraine during SEM's interviews were cut short with saying the SEM knows that better than me. However, my personal experience of dealing with the SEM during last two months forces me to have serious doubts about sincerity of such political statements from that representative of Swiss government. Especially considering the fact that Switzerland excluded Ukraine from its list of safe countries shortly before starting EuroMaidan (the focus of my first political video in 2013). See its today's list here: https://www.admin.ch/opc/it/classified-compilation/19994776/index.html

On October 22 I included in my official letter to the SEM and Federal Court the following evidences against their opinion on existence of reliable protection in Ukraine they use as a decisive argument for the negative decision in my case:
"On August 1, 2018, around 8:30 a.m., an unknown person poured concentrated sulfuric acid over Ekaterina Gandzyuk. The attack took place near the house where Gandziuk lived while she was on her way to work."
"Due to distrust to local authorities and suspicion for complicity of police in that attack, she refused to speak to policemen".
"I know for a fact that I look much better now than justice and justice look in Ukraine, she said. Because no one treats them today."
She died shortly after that ...
"Initially, the case was qualified as "hooliganism". But under public pressure, (crowd set on fire the State Prosecutor's Office), the police reclassified it as " attempted murder with extreme cruelty."
"Shortly before the attack on herself the girl criticized law enforcement for ineffective investigation of the attack on the Kherson journalist Sergey Nikitenko and other activists:
"All these cases are NOT investigated by the police. Believe me, we have enough life experience and experience in the socio-political environment to know this for sure."
"Ukrainian journalists in this situation are most concerned that in Ukraine it is now very easy to find a killer to carry out their "undertakings". Former soldiers who passed the war in ATO, even the occasion is not particularly necessary. They just need to be pointed out that "this is a separatist." Further they will cope, even will not check especially.
Here we are dealing with a situation that is not just uncontrollable, it does not really shock anyone. For five years, banditry fused with politics, with power and became power itself. The Gandziuk case resonated solely because of the proximity of the deceased in foreign embassies. But there is absolutely nothing in it that can somehow particularly surprise the inhabitants of thousands of settlements across the country. This is their daily life»"
Please see more about today's Ukrainian "protection" by police here:
"Friends of Ekaterina Gandzyuk and lawyers of the injured activists collected and transferred to the Ukrainian Truth Association data on 55 attacks on public figures which occurred since the beginning of 2017. All of them remained undisclosed, their customers were not named, and the investigations themselves continue sluggishly or do not occur at all."

On October 21 I added:
I doubt the Interviewer, who refused to say me his name, will understand that danger. On his suggestion Ukraine police was able to protect me from those people, I would advise him to see how well organized, and trained groups attacked state administration buildings:

and ... BURNED bystanders with opposite political views:
+
Pogroms in Lviv city: (a) of State Administration, (b) military division,
(c) Ministry of Inteinal affairs, (d) State Security service, ...
Was police capable for a real protection
of anyone, including itself?!!
The SEM states it was!
Please note, all the videos above were created in different parts of Ukraine, far from "controlled area from the separatists" the SEM referred to me as completely "safe" place.
