I applied to people of Switzerland for the help at the final stage of the resulting Financial Genocide, just to to remain alive after my involvement in political activity in Ukraine. The official suggestion of Swiss authorities is that rather I was applying to a court, with obligation to prove my right to live, despite the SEM demands from me the formal documents that is impossible to obtain.

After shock from the need to leave my home country (in which I spent 50+ years of my life) because of deadly risky telling the truth about Ukrainian politics, now I have the shock of not trusting to my words in Swiss SEM! Consequently, The Federal Court believes exclusively into opinion of the SEM about me, more than me personally, instead of a fair searching for the truth and abiding the law.

Now Swiss Federal Court adds to that its own impossible demand to pay 750 Fr as advance credit for starting processing my case that includes my existence without any money at all since July 2018, (when Swiss banks licensed under Barclays brand left me to die of hunger at the street of Geneva). Add to it the Court's previous refusal to provide me with any legal assistance, and the whole case will be doomed to end with my DEATH, certainly outside Switzerland: Either through deporting and DIRECT PHYSICAL KILLING me in Ukraine as "reward" for my previous political activity (the way specifically insisted by the SEM), or out of HUNGER and other poverty related problems (the main subject of my political protests in Ukraine) anywhere else.

In particular, the SEM groundlessly doubted my statements about existing dangerous for my life and health situations, which I officially signed during its interviews, with simultaneous refusing to hear about violent Ukrainian political environment capable to kill people I experienced first-hand for years. The above-mentioned refusal rejected multidimensional integrity of my case critically important for taking a right decision.

Considering the practical impossibility for successful protecting my rights in the court, artificially created by both SEM and Federal Court, I am applying to the Internet community for the help, and making all arguments of Swiss Federal Court on my case available to public discussion! Today I begin publishing online all required by the Court evidence I technically was unable to present before, point by point:

The problem for Swiss government is
my conclusions can cause a need to review its previous official political statements!

Hard Way To The Justice!

Running 17 kilometers and back  to send a letter to Swiss authorities WITHOUT MONEY! The SEM refuses to give me tickets/money for transport to the nearest city, where post office is. Swiss Federal Court has its own obligatory deadlines. So I have no choice. I must run or walk 17+17 kilometers every time I need to send a letter.    VIDEO: This video shows only first 6 kilometers of my running. On the 7th kilometer my video device froze. Its battery died. Me not! Sorry for bad quality of the video: It was done with old and outdated video device. The only one I have now ... And the same way in complete darkness after 5 pm: Do you see the road?
